Format the Drive on macOS using exFAT

Format using exFAT will allow the drive to be mounted as Read/Write on macOS and Windows.

 STOP

  The instructions in the guide will format a drive.
  This process is Data Destructive and cannot be undone.
  Once the process begins, ALL THE DATA ON THE DRIVE WILL BE LOST!
