The SanDisk USB, Phone Drive and iXpand Luxe support Apple Files app on iOS 13 and above using the USB-C connector. The Files app allow photos and videos to be copied to and from the SanDisk Phone Drive and iXpand Luxe drive. Files are not deleted automatically from the phone.

Copy Photos and Videos from Drive to iOS
- Open Apple Files app on the iPhone or iPad.
- Look for the drive under Locations.
Tap the drive to view the content.
Tap the folder if the files are inside a folder on the SanDisk Phone Drive or iXpand Luxe.
The drive may be listed as No Name, Untitled, iXpand Luxe, SanDisk Phone Drive, USB, etc.
- Tap the 3 blue dots on top right corner.
Tap on Select.
- Tap Select All or tap photos and videos to select files.
- Tap Save Items to copy the photos and videos.
- Open Apple Photos app to view the files copied.
Copy Photos and Videos to Drive from iOS
- Open Apple Photos app on on the iPhone or iPad.
- Tap Select.
- Tap Photos and Videos to select files.
Tap the Share icon.
- Tap Save to Files.
- Look for the drive under Locations.
The drive may be listed as No Name, Untitled, iXpand Luxe, SanDisk Phone Drive, USB, etc.
- Choose the root of the drive or select a folder.
Tap Save.
- Open Apple Files app.
Look under Locations.
Tap SanDisk Phone Drive or iXpand Luxe to view the files.
