Description
Windows was unable to complete the format shows when trying to format a removable drive.
Common causes for the message.
- File system not supported
- Problem with USB Port or Cable
- Power loss to computer while in use
- Unplugging the drive without using the Safely Remove Hardware
- Corrupted file system
- Virus or malware
- Card reader and or USB hub may be the issue
